Trudy Lee Nelson lives in Philadelphia though born and raised in rural Ohio.  She attained her bachelors degree in painting from Tyler School of Art in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania in 2006 and has also studied in at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio and in Rome, Italy.
